Our Inspectors and Management visit sites to all times to ensure that our officers are performing their duties efficiently and effectively to ensure that our client is serviced diligently. Communications with our client is a very important part of our service and this is done on a regular basis to ensure that you are assisted at all times.
Monthly meetings with Clients will be scheduled on a regular basis. Our duty management system means that our clients have access to our management, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to their requirements. All our duty inspectors are provided with two-way radio and cellular phones.
